Damaged Products:

1.1. We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please retain the original packaging and provide any supporting evidence of the damage, such as clear photographs.

Return Process:

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through our website or by email (sales@artbellz.com). Provide your order details, a description of the damage, and any supporting evidence.

2.2. Once we receive and review your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged product. We may request additional information or evidence, if necessary.

2.3. Please ensure that the returned product is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance.

Replacement:

3.1. Upon receiving the returned damaged product, we will inspect it to verify the reported damage.

3.2. If the damage is confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement of the same product. If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund, as per your preference.

3.3. If the damage is deemed to be caused by improper handling or misuse, the return may be rejected, and the product will be returned to you.

 

Refunds:

4.1. Refunds will be issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the product or as per the customer’s preference.

4.2. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4.2. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund amount may be subject to deductions for shipping costs.

Non-Damaged Products:

5.1. Returns for reasons other than product damage are generally not accepted. We encourage you to review the product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellation Policy

At ArtBellz, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best possible service. We understand that circumstances may change, leading to the need for order cancellations. We have established this Cancellation Policy to guide you through the process and ensure a seamless experience.

Order Cancellation Period

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it without incurring any cancellation charges.

If you wish to cancel your order after 5 hours but before the order has been processed and shipped, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order total may apply.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation if production has already commenced.
